If you have obtained in a English Court an order that needs to be registered or enforced in Spain we can arrange the exequatur. The court orders that are most commonly enforced or recognised in Spain are in relation to family financial matters, probate or debt recovery, but there can be in relation to any area of law.
Once we have looked at the matter we will instruct a Spanish solicitor expert in that area of the law, we will work alongside the solicitor in Spain and we will prepare a Power of Attorney. A Power of Attorney is how we instruct a solicitor in Spain to act on our behalf.
